Rachel

Rachel has been working in dog daycares/kennels for over 8 years. She has always had a passion for working with animals and became part of the Deerfield team in the fall of 2020. Rachel has experience in dog training and was an assistant dog trainer for one year.  

Rachel would love to travel around the world one day and her goal in life is to become a Registered Veterinary Technician and eventually get a chance to work closely with big cats at least once. She is originally from Louisiana but currently lives in Springfield with her partner Jackie, two huskies and husky mix; Sapphire, Rajah, and Tsuki. In her spare time, Rachel is either taking her dogs on walks or to the dog park, drawing, studying, or traveling wherever she can go, even if it's just down the road.
