Dr. Sara graduated from veterinary school in 2014 from the University of Missouri. As a young child, she had always wanted to be a veterinarian, so she could help people take care of their pets. Dr. Sara originally started out as an equine (horse) vet for her first two years of practice. Over the past two years, Dr. Sara has been a small animal practitioner in Joplin, MO. She has two Shelties, Jackson and Mabel, and a guinea pig named Otis. Dr. Sara enjoys meeting new clients and loves to educate clients on how to take the best care of their pets. Her favorite areas of practice include internal medicine, ultrasound, nutrition. In her free time, she enjoys running marathons, trail running, and biking.
