Amanda

Amanda became a team member of the Deerfield staff in October, 2004. She came to us originally as an intern from Glendale High School, volunteering, and helping the technicians to get the first steps of caring for animals.

Amanda started at Deerfield to gain overall knowledge of veterinary medicine, and is now our Administrative Assistant. Amanda is currently attending Ozark Technical Community College to get her degree in Business. She has two children Caleb and Jordan to occupy her at home with her husband Dean.

Amanda has two dogs of her own, Kevin a Boxer and Hardin who is a Boston Terrier. She also has three cats, Duncan, Justin & Jordan-Jordie-Junior, 8 chickens. In her past time she likes to take her dog on walks, to lakes to swim, and to the creek to play fetch. They play together at their house in Ozark where they keep her in line and always on the go.
