Pet Portals are now at Deerfield Vet

Pet Portals are private websites that give you secure on-line access to your pet’s health information.  We provide Pet Portals free of charge to all clients who have an active e-mail address on file.

Q: How can I get Pet Portal? It’s easy! Simply give us your e-mail address and we’ll e-mail you a password and a link to our website. 

To get to your Pet Portal, simply click this link, select “Pet Portal login,” and enter your e-mail address and assigned password.  It’s that simple!

Q: What do you do with my e-mail address? We use your e-mail address as your Pet Portal sign-in name, and to send you reminders about upcoming pet services.  We also use e-mail to contact you about important practice and animal health news, such as information about Lyme disease.

Now You Can Manage Your Pet’s Health Care Online! Pet Portals are private, secure websites that contain your pet’s health information and are available as a free service from Deerfield Veterinary Hospital.  You can use your Pet Portal to conveniently manage your pet’s health online at any time of night or day.

Use your Pet Portal to:

• Remind yourself with an e-mail when to give that heartworm or flea preventative tablet.  Medication Minders make it easy!
• Order refills of prescriptions and special diets; even when we’re not open.
• Request an appointment or lodging reservation.
• Print your pet’s vaccination record.  If you ever forget to bring proof of vaccination to your boarding facility, just print your pet’s vaccination record from your Pet Portal.  Many facilities will accept this as proof of vaccination.
• Use PetNotes to easily create and print pet health care instructions for pet sitters or kennel staff when you are out of town.
• Ask us questions or communicate your concerns via Pet Mail. This is an easy-to-use messaging system available only from your Pet Portal.  Our staff monitors Pet Mail each day business day and will make sure your questions are answered quickly.
